Yikes - weighed myself today trying to work out what is different
weight went back up to 144kg or 317.5 pounds
realized have not been doing the drink water thing this week and have
fallen off the bandwagon on the food front
back into it.. check in next few days see if we can get it back down -have
still been doing the exercise too..

My update - have not been doing as much combat training as would have liked past week - knee has been playing up - however have been swimming more instead and gentle walks

still on a downward progression checked weight today and we are at 142.5 kg or 315.15 pounds

and yes have gotten back to drinking water again!
and feeling better for it

Today's update 142.7 kg or down to 314.6 pounds
was aiming for 308 pounds by Easter - am wondering if I can get rid of 6 pounds in the next 4 days.. hmm...

Yay! you're almost under 300 you can do it! 319 was my lowest when a i had lost weight awhile go.

Thank you mclamby - Didn't get to 308 by Easter 142.1 kg or 313.3 pounds is today's weight - still moving in the right direction -slowly but surely
our pools closed on monday so now I need to find another main form of exercise am thinking walking may win this one hands down - combat training is right down as the knee injury is playing up - must get back to twice a week - have been working on knee strength this past month and must say am missing combat training
