Checked weight today and Yay its down
Hi - I checked my weight again today for the week
3 weeks ago I was 148.8 kg or 328 pounds Last week was 146.9 or 323 pound today when I checked 145.1 Kg or 319.8 (ok so pretty much 320) but that is either 3.7 kg or 8 pounds that have gone.. so far this month:carrot: Still a long way to go but lets celebrate the little wins along the way now if there was only a way to make chocolate healthy and still taste good.. :?: oh dear naughty thoughts - Now off to walk up to girls school to pick them up today:dizzy: |
Good for YOU!!! Way to go. I say yep.. the little wins are the ones that keep us going. :) Enjoy the lightness!

I agree take that 319.8 and run with it. You lost that 0.2 same as any other. Way to go on your weight loss so far :cp: Keep up the great work. Celebrate every loss even if its 0.1 because its a step in the right direction.

checked again this morning... down to 144.8 kg.. or 319.2 - for an end of week weigh in..
However my Right knee is REALLY sore has today had been a bit iffy this week but it feels like I did something rather nasty to it Hate that feeling Thank you all for your kind words :) |

Check in day today
checked the scales and thought Argh... bad week this week - had A HUGE chocolate craving lesson learnt here.. when I start craving go with a little taste and don't deny for too long or I binge - and Binge is bad... so we are at 144.5 or 318.12 pounds looking back last check in was 319.2 so phew... still down a little ... thats another pound gone.. Yay (sounds better in pounds then Kgs...) |
We all have bad weeks but you are still down a pound so that's great!!
I have been using hot chocolate for my chocolate cravings, not sure if that might help you. It used to be a Hershey bar with almonds prior to that! |
Found that its just the taste not the quantity with chocolate..
Worked it out this week buy 1 SMALL - the little 50 g cadbury bars and break it up put it in the freezer - I put each piece in a small ice cube tray - holds 8 pieces, then cover with tin foil so when craving have only 1 piece of this - get the taste and craving goes away - so only eating about 7grams of chocolate in 1 day then the whole 50! weigh in today 143.6 or 316.5 from 318.2 so we are down almost another kg or 2 pounds :) knee not playing up so bad this week either! |
Congrats. I'll be glad to not have my scales groan "err" when I step on them. 328 sounds great...much less what you lost.
