I realized tonight when I logged in that I had not introduced myself to the 300+ club. Hi all, my name is Stacy. I started my diet today, and I did pretty good. Exercising starts tomorrow. I'm currently at 323 and I'm 34 years old. This time last year I was 347. I started dieting in June and went down to 311 and since August gained some back. It's time to get back on track. Right now I'm using myfitnesspal app on my phone to count calories, but I am considering doing weight watchers. Has anyone here tried it? Does it work well? I think the best for me would be the at home kit, I just want to hear any opinions before I spend the money.
