Default Accountability buddy- 20s and just starting out?

Hi everyone. I'm 26 and still relatively newer into this diet and new to this site. Is anyone else in their 20s starting out with 100+ to lose? If so if love to have an accountability buddy to mutually motivate each other. Let me know

I'll be your buddy! I'm 28, and I really want to get back on track. I lost about 30 lbs last year counting calories, and then I got a job and stress plus a nasty stomach bug took off 10 more. So I was 40 lbs down, and I just lost my focus. Now I've gained all of the weigh back except for 10 lbs. That stinks! So I'm hoping to get back into the swing of things to get back on the right track.

What kind of plan are you following? I am going to try to stick to around 1800 calories a day, and walk when I can. I track my calories using an Excel spreadsheet. I tried using an app on my phone, but I'm paranoid about someone picking up my phone and finding it. (I know it's crazy! )

We can do this!

Hi! That would be great to be buddies! I'm following weight watchers. Send me a message if you want and we can exchange emails or facebook because that may be easier to exchange messages.

Im 26, and started around 373 in October. Last year I did awesome, and lost over 70 lbs, was down to around 290 but it came back on, without realizing it, and im SO dissapointed for gaining it all back... AGAIN.

I'm not following any specific plan, but I try to keep calories around 2000, and try to keep it clean and simple ie: whole grains, lean proteins, fresh fruits n veggies, lots of water, and avoiding junk that has tons of extra chemicals in it. That's what worked for me last year.

And going to the gym as often as I can. Lots of cardio, mixing it up between water classes, zumba, treadmil, eliptical.

I use an app, myfitnesspal.com to track calories in and burned, you can get it on your phone, or just use it online. It's wonderful, has TONS of food items already entered, you can even use the scanner on your smart phone to auto add items if you cant find by searching.
