Good Morning Everyone,
I would like to introduce myself. I am Shari I started working to get healthy On August 5, 2012. I have lost 44 pounds so far. I have a lot to go, but at least I am going in the right direction. My daughter and I have joined a local gym in the last couple weeks so exercising is a part of my regular day now. I have a gazelle at home that I do everyone morning for a mile and then the gym in the evening. I am doing low fat eating. I just want to say I love the support you give each other and would like to be a part of that.

Welcome Lamom - this is a wonderful group who know when you need a hug and also when you need a kick in the backside. Look forward to getting to know you. Keep posting.

DH wanted Mexican last night - UGH!! I felt like I was choosing wisely and then didn't even eat half - scale showed it this morning too. Gotta love it. Tonight is a "gala" we are attending - I'm thinking it's a fancy name for a rubber chicken dinner. Doesn't start until 8 so will need some healthy snacks until dinner.

Stay strong!

Good choices at the gala. Glad these events are behind me - menu planned for the week. Friends coming in town later this week - I imagine it will include some meals out - need to keep this head in the right place.

Stay strong!

Had a couple of glasses of wine yesterday - not part of my plan. Scale up two lbs this morning - food was good though!

I did pretty good at the shower yesterday, didnt touch the cake. I did have a small cup of coffee punch. I am thankful I was able to stop there. I love that stuff. I skipped dinner to make up for what I ate at the shower.

Today I plan on doing some decluttering and trying to get things in order to put up Christmas decorations.

We got lots of rain last night and I heard snow flurries is in the forcast.

The weekend was good food and exercise wise. Still room for improvement, but no crazy binging...

Today I want to get in more moving and keep on plan...

I will increase my water today and cook dinner tonight. Last night I was tired and we just had a whatever you can find kind of night. I did chose a plate full of raw veggies, still have alot left over for today. Lunch was chili yesterday with no crackers.

I neither moved nor stayed on plan yesterday. I wish I could figure out why I sabotage myself.

so far so good!
Stayed on plan last few days and have exercised daily.
Today I walked to the pool and swam 32 lengths, went shopping and carried a rucksack full of shopping home.........up a very steep hill! It was less than 2 miles all together but I am awarding myself bonus distance for the amount of weight that was in my rucksack!

POP so far today for me. Don't expect much when I hit the scales at WW on Thurs. Didn't go last week. I just couldn't face the numbers that might appear. This week hasn't been close to POP most days but I think I'm getting my head together a lot better and am trying hard to stay OP and ignore the cravings that have been weighing me down. No pun intended.

Let's stick to our plans and prepare to enjoy Thanksgiving with out eating too much of everything in sight.
