Me and my mother are working together on our weight loss goals. It helps to bounce off each other, and working with 3FC's helps even more. She weights herself every morning, and for the simple fact that she does, I end up hoping on the scale as well. I don't get discouraged that easily, because even when I gain 3-4 pounds from the day before, it's still smaller then I was 3 months ago and I see that I am standing in a 5 pound range, which means what I *am* doing is being able to keep my weight stable. That makes me feel like once I finally get to goal, I can maintain the weight that I have already lost. So here's to a new, healthier me and you! *cheers*

Im obsessed with weighing myself! I do it multiple times a day. I know it sounds crazy, but if Im up even a little, it scares me, and keeps me on track.

To me, the scale is like out of sight, out of mind, and I know I'll lose focus.

Im ok with losing a bad habit like eating poorly, and replacing it by stepping on the scale. But ultimatly, do what works for you!
