Default Maybe TMI?

I have not had my period for the month of July yet.. Normal for me is beginning of the month.. I read online that increased exercise can be the culprit (There is no way I can be pregnant right now).

Has anyone experienced a missed period because of increased exercise?

Although at the moment I think I have a bladder infection.. Could that be why?

Pain in my lower left abdamen, Pain in my shoulder under my shoulder blade, increased going to the bathroom (with little bit coming out), and I also got really dizzy and nauseous the other day.. (have not experienced it again..) I'm going to the doctors tomorrow (well today because it's after midnight were I live.

My period has been all over the place since I started some meds last year, and exercise has made it even more irregular

but since you are experiencing dizziness, abdominal pain, bladder distress and nauseousness it would be best to have yr dr give you a look over - lots of things could be involved - just be sure to tell him/her everything even if it seems like TMI

Definitely tell your doctor about the pain. I have always heard that a sudden increase or decrease in body fat can cause amenorrhea (technical name for absence of period) because hormones like estrogen and progesterone can be stored in fat.

my period goes absent under any sort of mental, physical or emotional stress...whether it's cutting calories, increased exercise, stress at work, DH drama, etc...

on the other hand, the other symptoms definitely need to be checked out
