Default Down & Out!

Well.. soon anyway!

I started my journey on April 22, at 315 pounds,
as of today, I'm 306.

Soo, that means 7 more pounds and I'm out of this 300+ pound group that I DO NOT want to be in, lol.

No offense to anyone of course.

I can't believe its already been almost four weeks, it doesn't feel that long at all. Hopefully I keep on losing like I have been.

I actually cheered this morning when I weighed myself, being down another pound feels wonderful.

I know how you feel I started just about a week ago at 305 and am down to 292... Unofficially since my weigh in is tomorrow. It feels so good. You can do this. You will see a 2 instead of a 3 before too long! Keep up the good work!

You are doing great, any loss is great, just keep doing what your doing it seems to be working right now Hope to join you soon, though I find when I say that I let something trip me up.

Saw 309 on the scale today (not the first time this year) hope it "sticks" this time or gets smaller.

Good job! I can't wait either. So exited. I saw 304 on the scale today but then it went back to 305 which is great too.

So Close for you, I'm sure that's super motivating, I'm hoping in 3 weeks I'll see my 300 moment. I've been close in the past year and a half or so but then managed to swing back up to my "comfy" range of around 320.

It's been about 6 years since I truely saw below 300. I can't wait! Part of me (i won't though) wants to go on a super long long long walk on the weekend just to try and get closer. (But I think I'll limit to about 2.5 hours per day I don't want to get injured and thats about the length I can manage in my endurance walk and the last half hour I am fatigued).

I dropped to 299 a couple of weeks ago, but my weight tends to yo-yo horribly when I'm dieting -- while staying on program. Lose 5 lbs., back up 3 lbs. the next, then 2 more weeks to get back down to that original 5 lbs. loss. So I'm back up to like 301.8 or something.

Congrats on your progress so far!!!

I'm on the precipice too!! 300.4 then TOM arrived!! - delaying my gratification. But it's coming and it better be tomorrow!!

I was about 305 at the end of April. Went on two week vaca and calorie defecit break. I needed it!! I'm back and more determined then ever!!

June first I weighed in at 300 pounds. SO CLOSE to being out of here!!!!
May 30th and 31st sucked. I didn't lose anything at all. But I seem to be going down now so thats good.
