I didn't, but my mom said that she did--she said I looked smaller from behind. She knew about my efforts, though, so she wasn't an unbiased observer.

That being said, I'm 150 pounds in as of this morning, and I don't really see the difference unless I'm looking at an unusual angle or something. Because we see ourselves every day, it's harder for us to really evaluate what's changed.

I didn't notice any changes at 15 lbs lost, I think it's different from person to person whether you notice a change or not, congrats on your loss though
