Ruth_ I am so sorry for your loss!! HUGS!!!

I had a perfect day yesterday! It feels so good. I even exercised before 6 am and then jumped on the minitramp for 10 min last night. I am going to work up my minitramp time. I dont want to injure my knee.

Ruth - so sorry for your loss - celebrate her memories.

Trying to get a nice long string of POP days going - back to basics.

Stay strong!

I finally figured out I miss my fitness mojo - found a little of it last night - forgot how good it feels to work out hard enough to sweat. Now need to make it part of my routine.

Stay strong!

Whine begins:

Back from WW. It was one of those weeks where the fat moved around on my body. Clothes are getting looser and looser. I stuck to the program and managed to lose only 2/10ths of a pound. I hate it when I get psyched for a big loss and it doesn't show on the scales. I've had 2 or 3 little losses in a row and I'm due for a swoosh. Oh well ..... maybe next week?

Whine over.

I do like my new meeting time. 7:15 AM means I can stay for the meetings, which I really need to do , and still be on my way by 8 AM. It's also a small group, which I like.

Hope everyone is headed towards a perfect OP day. Don't let the road blocks send you spinning off in the wrong direction.

Really good day yesterday. Didn't let the tiny weekly loss get me down for long.

Weather's supposed to be nasty tomorrow: rain, high winds & lake effect snow so plan to get my running around done today and house work can wait til tomorrow. Off to get hand weights to add to my exercise program.

Be motivated, not manipulated.

Ruth just take a deep breath and take care of yourself - please.

We're in the lovely quiet, boredom of winter - even thought it's not cold or much snow. Planning some house renovations and I'm planting the garden in my mind.

Have a wonderful Saturday - I'm going to do two hours in the pool, try to make "crisy" butternut squash fries, and finish the last of the tax returns.

Stay strong!

EVERYONE -- do please take care of yourselves!!

Ruth -- The dog is a lot better, but he doesn't eat on a regular basis. Doesn't want his kibble but sometimes we can get him to eat it. He's not starving -- eats carrots and turkey mostly... but he's not quite right.

Long weekend of grading ahead...

I would love to do some sewing soon but it may have to wait till another weekend.

Hey everyone:

I'm still here -- overate this week, but exercised more than my goal, and yet...up 2 pounds. Pfui. I'm not giving up -- I know what happened last week that sent me off track, and I won't do it again!

Hugs to those who need it!

Heather, Fingers crossed your dog gets better fast. I think you'll have to change his diet as well. Poor baby. Give him a hug for me.
