I've been looking around this forum and its a little overwhelming!! So many people doing so many different things!!
I myself have a lot to lose, and currently work at a Dairy Queen lol. So this should be quite interesting. And I have to quit smoking which will be by far the single hardest part of this whole healthy living thing.
I'm currently 351lbs, 5'7" and 21 years old. Ideally I would like to loose 100lbs by this time next year and in the end weigh no more than 150lbs. But I guess I should start by quitting smoking

Don't feel overwhelmed. There is a lot of info here but since the internet is forever (Criminal Minds episode), you can take your time delving into it.

I just discovered this blog by another 3FC member that has a challenge you might like. Just a way to get you started.

Welcome to 3fc!! I do suggest that you join in on the positive thread we have because it will help in the process of your weight loss. We all feel negative and then seeing how others are finding positives in their everyday life will help to stay positive as well. Don't be shy we don't bite and are very helpful.
