even more mortifying - i went to lunch with some of my bosses from the last project i worked on, one of which was a friend from the previous show i worked. we go to lunch every day and have really bad eating habits. i know my friend has body image issues and was a heavy child. we went to lunch at an irish pub and they gave us a booth and because i hesitated for a second, he said "are you going to fit?" i dont think it was malicious in intent, because we have had discussions about weight issues before, but it was pretty embarassing. i just played it off like nothing, and i fit fine into the booth, but even months later it still stings
