Default Broken Ribs/Muscle Spasms

April or May this Year, I began having excruciating pain about the Rib Cage in my L side. On 2 separate occasions, I experienced sudden bursts of pain. Pain so severe I couldn't cough, sneeze, laugh or do anything that jarred my Body. It almost immobilized me! Finally went to Doctor mid June, but he didn't order X-Rays or say much. The pain subsided, yet am left with a tenderness/soreness in my side. Also, it occasionally feels like something is moving and I can hear like a popping sound. The way it felt was like a wadding up of Muscles, but then I wonder if I somehow broke a Rib (s).

Perhaps someone else on board has experience with this type of thing, but I say get yourself back to the doctor! He/She won't know the pain is persisting unless you tell them and insist on them looking into it. You have to be your own advocate, unfortunately.

Hope it works out -- keep us posted!

SeaWave,
The pain no longer persists. I only feel movement, have slight tenderness/soreness and hear popping.
