Hope it's okay to bump up my old thread!
I've hung in there for the month - had some very up and down days, and some very stressful times this month, but I'm proud to report that I've lost 13 pound now since I first started, that means I'm down from 381 pounds to 368 pounds!!!!!! I've very pleased with myself
I also knocked my exercise goal of 960 mins out of the park, and did 1030 minutes, racking up 912 lengths, which according to what I've heard, a 25M pool means 64 lengths is a mile, means I've swum 14.25 miles.
I've been a really bad blogger - been so busy and not found the time

But I've kept track of my exercise and food, and hope that October will be just as productive for me
