Big thick country ribs with turnips (and 1 potatoe for mister occasional higher carb eater) and carrots, thrown in an oven bag with onion soup mix.
Chopped broccoli with cheese sauce.

Cuban food being brought in from Tampa, so I will have some roast pork and black beans. I am making chili with 90% lean beef and lots of beans to have whenever I want it. Most especially, my two work days next week when we are not having parties at work!

Tonight is skirt steak (my favorite)! My husband grills it to perfection. It is absolutely my favorite. I am responsible for sides, so I think I will make green beans and brown rice. Tomorrow is mini cheese ravioli, chicken sausage, mushrooms and marinara, all together.
