Default Swimsuit Season

Hey Ladies,
I know that it is that dreadful time of year again for most of us. And I thought that maybe I would help out by posting my favourite site that has some really cute Plus-size swimsuits. I know some of you are thinking, "That chick is crazy, swimsuits?" But remember you are all beautiful, and you dont need to hide that beauty by thinking, "When I am skinnier I will wear cute suits" or "When I am skinnier I will marry George Clooney" or any other sentence you start with "When I am skinner. . . ." The better you feel in your clothes the better you feel about yourself. And swimsuits are a huge step, atleast for me. My favorite site is: alwaysforme. com, I bought a really cute suit there, and I hope that you guys check it out and get the courage to flaunt what your momma gave you. It feels empowering.

See you at the beach.

My "beach" is a hot springs pool, two blocks long and open year round. I started going to water aerobics and water yoga classes at my high weight. I had a hard moment but came to the logical decision that I'd be more likely to lose weight by "jumping in" rather than waiting for someday when I was at a normal weight. Today, I'm really greatful I made that decision.

Have fun at the beach and thanks for the swimsuit link!

Haha, even at my heaviest nothing could keep me out of the water. I'm always the first in and the last out. I usually have very good luck with the basic suits at Wal-Mart and Zellers, but last summer I bought a wrap-style one-piece from Torrid.com and it was a dream of a suit. Torrid has some really cute stuff, but it does take some sifting through.

I agree with you that some of those are very cute. Some of them also seem to have a lot of support in the bust area, which is SO important! Saving the site to my favorites and might have to get one. I do hate to put on a bathing suit, but no chub is going to keep me out of the pool or off the beach this summer, so nice to see some good choices! Reasonable prices, too.

Best thing about swimming: you're LIGHT! You float and swirl and people can pick you up and pull you around... you're not fat when you're in the water

At least that's what I love about it!
