Alright everyone, we are creeping up on the 500 number post. So keep yours eyes open and peeled, be looking out for the next part, part number eight. I will be gearing up to start it very very soon.

Ags, thank you for the kind words and for the info on how this thread works. I am just trying to post here and there and kinda get the feel for the board and some of its members, so info like the 500 post limit are helpful!
Hello everyone!! Sorry I have been M.I.A for a few days...Allergy meds have been knockin me out. LOL. Sounds like everyone is doing really well!!!
As for me...My positive is the weather has been great so I have spent a lot of time outside (which keeps me moving and keeps food out of my mouth) the rest of the time Im crashed out from benadryl. My brother recommended Zyrtec, works better and doesn't make you quite as drowsy...thats what he says and Im SOLD..lol. My other positive is even though the scale hasn't changed I think Tennis is trimming me down...I think I look a bit different. So even though the scale hates me Im going to press forward because I feel AMAZING!

Hello Everybody!! Just checking in to see how things are going! I am happy to report that I hopped on the scale today and was down another 4.5 lbs bringing my total weight loss to 26 lbs in the last month and a half or so!
Losing weight is certainly not for sissies!! There will be trying times because the human will is a powerful thing! There is an old song that I really like that should be the weight loss motto.....
