Default Please allow this Rooster to crow a bit

As of this morning I have now lost 104.2 lbs. Was great to see that first number on the scale change from a 4 to a 3.

I'm just going to sit over here being happy

I am so happy for you! Congratulations on your perseverance and commitment to yourself, Nathan. You will achieve becoming half the man you once were, but inside, you're becoming twice the man you once were.

Nathan -- I know how joyous I feel when I lose 10 pounds and drop into the next "decade". So you sit over there and be happy as long as you want. You deserve it for dropping into the 300's!!! You are an inspiration! Yippee!!! YaaaaY!!!

Absolutely fantastic!

But don't just "sit" in the corner... maybe jog in place for a few minutes... get that exercise in!

Thank you all so much! Milestones are great and right now I am looking forward even more towards the next 100lbs. I haven't been 300lbs in... 16 years? Not since I was in college. As good as I feel now at 400, I can't imagine what I'll feel like at 300. Friends of mine and I are already starting to plan camping and hiking trips. With getting back to the things that I love, and the support of my friends, and of course, you all, I have no doubts that I will succeed.
