20 minutes ski 30 minutes denise austin workout video month to date:50 minutes 332 + 50=382 |
Making a goal of 1200 min this month, also need to remember to track it :) ... Lets make this month epic!

I'm new to this forum thing and trying to understand it all...
I am inspired by the group tracking and a personal tracking and started doing this on Monday, but I did it in the subgroup I joined and haven't gotten much response (not like here). Can I join here?
