Last time I tried to exercise consistantly I would get stuck in a rut. I enjoyed walking and was doing it all the time and I got bored. This time I'm doing several different things. Curves, walking, Wii, stairs, skiing, and now Zumba! I will keep exercising because it makes me feel great, beautiful, and sexy. I will keep writing in this forum because it keeps me accountable. I just have to beware of going overboard cuse I have a tendency to to that.

Hi everybody,

I have only gotten 30 minutes of walking so far this week. Sorry. Having feet problems.

30 + 5833 = 5863 Group total

I will do better.

for the last 6 months i ashould have been training to walk a half marathon and losing weight for a March cruise, but like everything I do I wait until the last minute and start doing something and then it's ok to fail or not to be ready. Well, last Saturday I walk about 2.5-3 miles and today I walked 3 miles. Yahoo!!!:D:carrot::dizzy::cool:

I will probably double my personal commitment for February exercise (teeheehee) and I feel great!! Wittier, prettier, and tittier.....
