You know, angry is WAY better than depressed and feeling sorry for yourself!!! It is!! It's an active emotion that you can channel to assist you on your journey!! oneless, you and I started off at the same height/weight so I really do feel where you're coming from. The main thing I can tell you is, you CAN do this and it makes SUCH A DIFFERENCE. I'm the same person, but I'm also an entirely new person now...if that makes any sense.

So glad someone said this out loud. I have stuggled with this myself and couldnt figure out where it was coming from. I need to figure out how to use it for good instead of using it to justify sitting on the couch. I definately feel a rebellious streak in me when its time to workout. Weird really, in all my other weight loss efforts through the years, I have never felt like this. Why now? What is causing it? Hmmm??????

I get so snippy with everyone before and during a workout...but after I feel fine. It is just before and during I feel mad/irritated/grumpy...not sure what word to use..
