This is my first try at this. So, please feel free to correct me if I do this wrong.

My goal for the month of January is 300 minutes of exercise.

I did Wii sports 15 min x the last 3 days = 45 min
45/300

Add that to the group...
Group Total 1617 + 45 = 1662
