I hopped on the treadmill this morning for 30 min. I've got an odd teaching schedule this term and hope to take advantage of it by getting in some morning exercise. I'm still coughing a lot, so I didn't push it, but 30 min is DONE!
Group total ~ 1714 + 30 = 1744 min
Let's go, chickies! Got to hit 5K by the end of Sunday! (I KNOW we can!!)

I didn't get to do my "usual" today, but I am going to count some of the day as some of it was actually a good workout.
~15 mins stairs (yuck!)+ ~10mins lifting/moving = 1949 minutes

Oh my goodness... I tried a DVD that I was successfully doing for half an hour in the summer and could only get 5 minutes into it!
