Anne, I gave up on the last challenge to due to me not really wanting to lose weight. I did it this time as a motivator, and so far it's working. I just needed something to get me going again. The thread is hard to keep up with though. I just go in and post a couple of times to let them know I'm still in it. I don't do personals on there, it would be impossible to keep up, although some people do.

Annie, Hey you cardio queen!!! You're really movin' it! Keep it up!
Bernice, sounds like you're getting things under control. Sometimes we need to re-evaluate our program and it sounds like that's just what you did.
Carol, yes, it definitely is a love/hate relationship with exercise. Yesterday I got out a toning dvd with Richard Simmons. It was using weights for endurance and strength. It kicked my butt and it was only a 30 minute one, but I sure feel it in my arms today. Not so much in the stomach as we had to crunches too. I have to mix it up or I get too bored with it. How did your trainer mix things up on you?
Cyn, yep, I like the father/daughter team too. So glad to hear the allergies are gone for now! Yay on the food challenges!
HI Jen,
Ratkity, are you forgeting how much bike riding you just did? I'm sure the knee pain has something to do with that. That's what you get for trying to keep up with Senior BikerChick!!
NuevaVida, I have the treadmill that can be hooked up to iFit but I don't have the cord either. I really didn't even go check it out. Do they have free programs? I wouldn't want to buy it until I know I would like it.
HI Debi, last night on Etsy, they were having critiquing on the stores so mine was one that was picked. She told me quite a few useful things, and so now I have to look for a new banner, cuz I suck at making them, and also to broaden my horizons and make some earrings, keychains, magnets, etc out of my stuff to make even more money. She even told me I should raise prices. I dunno so much about that, but the other things sound interesting. I'll probably stick to my polymer clay. I find it to be the medium I like the best. But thanks for the idea of the salt dough.
I totally hear ya on feeling sad about the kids growing up. It's a good feeling to know that you raised them to be independent loving people, but still its so hard to let go.

Great news on the little granddaughter. She's going to be here before you know it and just in time for the holidays.
Yep, fall is in the air. The leaves are starting to fall and you can almost feel it. I just love it! I went out picking more blackberries yesterday amongst all the dang spiders. EW!!!! I hate them. I have about 19 cups of berries now. Hopefully that will be enough to make about a dozen jars of jam. Yum!
Everything is going good here. OP wise, water wise, and exercise wise. I'm feeling the power!!!
have a good day!
Debbie
