There was also yoga and arm workouts and a walk in the park in there too, but for this week I'm going to call it 63 minutes of cardio so far.

Well, it's 90 minutes for the treadmill, and I'm counting the 15 mins of shovelling out the barbecue and part of the backyard (wet, heavy snow).
