First, I am woefully behind in my minutes for the month! But I did 70 min of weight training today!
AND, I get to bring us over 10K! Group total ~ 9957 +70 = 10,027 min |

Last night I did 35 minutes on the elliptiacal. I was planning on doing more, but I just didn't have the energy for it. That brings my total to 568.

Andrew & I got the the park at 9:45 this evening, and at 10pm, a police officer came over, and informed us that the park was closed...we didn't even think they closed! Crazy...so, we only got ourselves a 15 minute walk in! But better than nothing!

Fractured or broke my finger today, and almost deterred me from going to the gym, since I couldn't do the eliptical, but I went! I only got in 13 mins on the treadmill, cuz I started to sweat my splint off! Not good! Friday I did 50 minutes at the gym (15 elliptical and 35 strength) and tonight I did 45 mintues on the elliptical (hill level 4), bringing my total to 663.
