Must be an epidemic. I had have been having a twingy knee. Odd that it isn't the one I had been having problems with.

I don't know what it is with the knees, but they seem to be getting better as long as I don't do straight forward bends or go backwards on the elliptical. I am really hoping they will be back to normal soon. At the same time, it is a good reminder that my knees were painful ALL THE TIME at my highest weight.

60 minutes at the gym last night (30 elliptical and 30 with my trainer) plus 30 on the Gazelle this morning brings my total to 290.

The group total is 3,953 + 90 = 4,043

I slacked off a bit over the Easter holiday, but did manage to get in another 30 minutes:

4/6/07 10 minute walk
4/8/07 20 minute walk

Personal Goal: 210 + 30 = 240 (330 left)

I decided to increase my challenge goal to 1000 minutes since I've been exercising almost daily and almost fulfilled 500 minutes already.

Today I played tennis for two hours, so that makes 570 minutes total for me so far this month.

Group Total: 4238 + 120 = 4358

I am adding 75 minutes.

On Monday we had our annual golf outing for work. I don't golf but they make us go no matter what. :( Anyway, we were on the course about 4 hours and while we used carts, I volunteered to chase down balls on most holes so am counting 45 minutes of walking for the outing. And tonight I walked my dog for 30 minutes.

GROUP TOTAL 4,358 + 75 = 4,433

Wednesday night I did 30 on the elliptical and then 13 on the treadmill (10 at really high incline) and then last night I did 30 elliptical and 35 strength training, bringing my total to 398.

The group total is now 6,425 + 108 = 6,533

Hi... I'm new here. Just started today. I've got alot to lose, alot of dusty videos and equipment sitting around, and alot of excuses for not using it. Honestly, I am planning to start walking in the morning....goal 3 mph for 1 hr. I know I will sweat just off of that.

Welcome! If you take a look at the first post of our thread, you'll see we set goals for minutes of exercise each month and then track our own individual and group totals. So, would you like to set a goal for the rest of April? One you think is really do-able for YOU.
