So much for good intentions. Overslept and didn't get on the torture machine today. But I did have an extra 10 minutes last night and I am counting 20 minutes of the 2 hours helping my friend move 'cause I'm TIRED of running up and down her stairs! (Just seems like I should get something for that!)

Once again I am setting my goal at 1000 minutes. Hopefully if my knees don't decide to give me too much trouble I will have no problem making it this month.
Monday night I did 40 minutes on the elliptical and then yesterday I did another 30 minutes elliptical and 30 minutes with my trainer, bringing my total to 100 minutes. The group total is now 1,420 + 100 = 1,520 |

Hi, add 120 minutes FAST walking for me, we took the boys to the local country park on their bikes & we had to go VERY fast to keep up with them!!! We actually walked into the next county!!!lol, even if it was only 3 miles!
