I am new here but would love to jump right in. I usually do 45 min. each day on the treadmill, so that would be 1260 minutes for the rest of March.

Friday I did 60 minutes at the gym - 30 elliptical and 30 weights. Yesterday I did 30 minutes of walking, bringing my total to 90 minutes. The group total is 865 + 45 for DJCJRun + 90 = 1000 |

Uggg.....I need some serious motivation today. I didn't work out yesterday so I worked out for 30 minutes this morning and will be doing another work out later today as well to make up for yesterday. I'm having a hard time adapting my body to the new eating schedule. I'm so used to not eating breakfast and only eating 2 meals a day and this is making it rough on me. Any tips or suggestions? I'm open for all!

Personal goal: 130/1000 (130 is my total from 01Mar til last night) Did 40 minutes of street walking yesterday (oh...that didn't sound right :o )... my goal today is to be happy and active on the treadmill. Group total: 130+1975= 2105 |

Summer -- I don't know why you're skipping breakfast! I can't help you there as I hate to miss it. Don't forget to add your minutes to the group! (I will add them for you this time!) Summer, You really do need some breakfast. Have you considered maybe the ceral bars that they make? Do you just not like breakfast? Maybe a protien shake or something thad doesn't seem like eating?
