Hey everyone -- An issue came up on the "Old Hens" thread and I wanted to raise it here too.
Thinthinker liked regular turnover on the threads (closing them after 30 posts or so), but now she's not moderating and that's not important to me... so... what would you all like to do? I was thinking that it might make sense to start a new thread each week... maybe on Mondays? Please let me know what you all think.

A new thread each week would be a GREAT idea...especially for us newbies. It's kinda confusing with numbered threads..I had no idea what was going on when I first joined OR..if the treads become too long and cumbersome, then a new daily thread may work... ??
Patti - 3 lbs and it's not even your WI day, that's brilliant
Lilion - I love Queen too, and their music is just fantastic to exercise too. 'Don't Stop Me Now' is one of my faves, it really gets me pumping away on my Gazelle. When we went to London in August last year we went to see the musical 'We Will Rock You' which was based around Queen's songs. It was awesome, and people in the audience were getting up and dancing during a lot of the songs. I was hoarse from singing and my hands were sore from clapping by the time we left
Kymberly - 9 lbs lost that is wonderful No wonder you are having such a happy day. I wouldn't be surprised if you are still smiling
Heather - I noticed you were posting after 30 on the last thread and weren't ending the thing I wondered why, and now I know. Personally one thread a week is fine for me, I get the emails to say when somebody has posted after my last thread, so I always start off again where I left off. No trawling through the posts to find where the posts I haven't read start. Maybe you could do a poll so that people could vote on it?
Lilion - what album is 'Headlong' from. It's not one that I can remember. Maybe I'd know it if I heard it. I might do an Internet search to see if I can find it.
Sorry you didn't have a loss today, but hey after all that sabotage your aunts did it's just great you didn't see a gain I just noticed we are at the same spot with our weight loss still. We are going to hit that 100 lbs lost together
Ammi, 'Healong' is from Queen Greatest Hits 2, I have a three-album boxed set (Greatest hits, 1, 2 & 3). It REALLY does get your booty moving too! I love their rocky ones, Killer Queen, Now I'm Here & OF COUSR Bohemian Rhapsody! lol.

Xena: So sorry about your plumbing issues. I am so blessed to have a hubby who is a jack of all trades and a dad who can show him how to do most everything. I wish I could loan him out to you. hugs sweetie.
Val: Nice to see you again. Hugs.
Luan: Good luck at your weigh in tomorrow. What were you doing in Montana? I have a sister who lives on the Flathead Indian Reservation. Were you anywhere near there?
Sharon: I will be careful! Thanks for the love.
Ammi: Hi sweetie
Lilion: Hiya
Patti: Congrats on the loss!
Futurediva: Wow, you are amazing. Congrats on the -9 pounds
Wyllen: Anything everyone else decides is fine with me! I just appreciate you taking care of things for us!
Ammi - I have the CD "Classic Queen". It has a lot of the music from the Highlander movie. I just found my song list on my workout CD I burned. One Vision, Hammer to Fall, Keep Yourself Alive, Headlong and I Want It All - 21 minutes almost on the dot! They all have a heck of a beat! And YEP! We're gonna have a virtual Par-Tay! at the big 100!
Sharon - I pretty much never heard a Queen song I didn't like! In my mind Freddie Mercury was the finest singer that ever lived!
Just checking in--I"m still alive (thanks to all for the well wishes!), although my boss today did tell me I look like Death I overate yet again yesterday (and bad stuff this time, too--we ordered delivery pizza for dinner ), but I'm hangin' in there. I'm not too too worried about it because I know why I'm doing it and that it isn't permanent. I do fine during the day while I'm at work--it's just the evenings I need to get back under control, and as soon as I'm feeling better enough to cook my own dinners, it will no longer be a problem. Tonight should be fine--I plan on just microwaving some soup and feeding Jeff the leftover pizza from last night. Oooh, speaking of which, time to go take some more DayQuil...
Hiya girls, still on this paul mckenna plan, eating what I want, when I want it til I'm full! Its kind of good, but I am not sure i am losing and not meant to weigh for 2 weeks, I guess I should at least give it that 2 weeks and see if I lose before I decide its not going to work! I think its because I've been eating a lot of foods which would normally be banned on a diet, like full fat things and take out food etc, only til I'm satisfied so no overeating, but when its lots of cals it still makes me feel wierd to eat. We'll see I guess. Join the gym on sunday with my hubby so that will help the battle.
Well done to all who are on plan, Jilly hope u are feeling better soon, Ammi your lazy day sounded nice
Sharon - I've only got a couple of Queen albums and neither of them are a greatest hits kind of thing. I might add one to my list of things I want as rewards.
Lilion - those songs are all great, though I still don't know that one song. Your CD certainly sounds like the excellent work out CD. I keep thinking about making one of my own so I don't have to fast forward through the slow songs on my shop bought CDs, but I never do much more than think about it I must remedy that!
Annie - sending a big your way!
Jill - the best part about overeating while you are sick is just like you said, you know why you are doing it, and you know you'll be good again as soon as you feel better.
Em - when I tried doing the Paul McKenna way of dieting I guess I didn't give it a proper go because I still tried to eat meals that I knew weren't fattening, so I counted WW points as well did what Paul says. But the fact is he says eat what you want, when you are hungry and stop when you have eaten enough. I wonder if I had really given it a go if it might have worked? I am really looking forward to hearing how you go when you are allowed to weigh Did you see that Paul is on GMTV all next week helping people to slim? I will try to watch it.
Ziggy - a Bowie fan huh, well now we know how you chose your nick name He's certainly got a fabulous voice
I keep trying to find time to come do a long post and it has been tough. Work is SUPER busy with the year-end closing and now I am also working two nights per week plus Saturdays for the B&B for the next month. I am ok with that now, especially because it is helping me put the structure in place so that once it is done I will use that time for my CPA exam prep. It is time to go to the gym already! Time is going by too fast. I might end up having to work on the weekend for my main job too. Ack!
Nancy - sorry to hear you are so busy with work, but glad you got the chance to pop on and let us know how you are. Take care and I hope things in your personal life are calm at the moment,
