I'll be turning 30 next month and wondered if I could join up with y'all? I'm trying hard to loose a bit of weight before then. I'm currently 228. I've lost 4 pounds in the last month. I don't expect to loose the other 28 pounds this month, but I would like to loose a few!
I've floated around on the boards, but really haven't found a place that I click yet. I'm hoping this will be it!
I've got a treadmill and I'm walking on it. I've walked 3x's this week for a total of 4 miles. Not much, but a start. I also play volleyball on Monday nights. That's great fun and great exercise because they are very competitive.
I am new to the 30's group, too. I will 31 on Sunday, but I am still in a little bit of denial about being in my 30's. I, too, want to make my 30's better than my 20's health wise.
