Talking BODY FLEX with Greer Childers
Has anyone done this? I bought this several years and it did work. I stopped doing it.....I have no idea why. I have started it up again yesterday. I will let everyone know how many inches I lose in a week.

I received mine in the mail yesterday...did my first "getting started" workout this morning. I've heard nothing but raves about BF...so hopefully, it will work for me too! I'll also post my weekly results.

I have a chronic lung disease so I have done it off and on for years. I love the way it makes me feel but haven't lost weight. I take prednisone so that might not help. I am also not as consistent as I should be. Hope this thread gets lots of answers. I must say, if I skip doing it I don't feel near as energetic.
