BODY FLEX with Greer Childers
 

Has anyone done this? I bought this several years and it did work. I stopped doing it.....I have no idea why. I have started it up again yesterday. I will let everyone know how many inches I lose in a week. :D

I received mine in the mail yesterday...did my first "getting started" workout this morning. I've heard nothing but raves about BF...so hopefully, it will work for me too! :crossed: I'll also post my weekly results.

I have a chronic lung disease so I have done it off and on for years. I love the way it makes me feel but haven't lost weight. I take prednisone so that might not help. I am also not as consistent as I should be. Hope this thread gets lots of answers. I must say, if I skip doing it I don't feel near as energetic.
