Hello to all,

Edith, I would also check out having a massage. The ones for an hour are the best. I know that they can be quite pricey, however they do work wonders. I have been "adjusted" a couple of times, it just seems to work for a while. I would much prefer a massage.

Well, I just had my first final for the summer, and tommorrow I have my second one. My last two will be in about 5 weeks. (Not that I'm counting)

Well gotta go study for my final that's tommorrow.

Hi everyone
what a crazy day - we are cross eyed with sleeplessness, poor DD (19 months) is suffering so with her eye teeth - her poor little gums are bleeding and she's waking up evey 2 hours, good thing I only work part-time, eh? Good news though - clever DH managed to repair our car (which he damaged trying to 'modify' LOL) but it's back on the road and he is sooooo apologetic hahahaha.
Edith - answering your question - after I got back into exercise after DD was born I ended up with an inflamed sacroiliac joint (joins hip to pelvis) b/c of pregnancy/birth-related pelvic instability. It's the price I pay for getting off the couch and onto the treadmill but luckily I have an excellent physio who is 100% behind me achieving my exercise goals. I'd rather get it all sorted out now than have arthritis when I'm 55 (which is what he tells me would happen, eek!). I'd be inclined to go with a sports physio rather than a chiro but I don't know how your health system works there. Anyway, hope your back is better soon!! Is the chiro giving you strengthening exercises to do?
Big hi to everyone and have a good week.
