What seems to give you the most trouble? Is it snacking, or portion control, or just bad food choices?
I don't know about the WW program, although I have heard of manywho've had success with it. I'm sorry I can't specifically help you with your flex points problem, but if I knew more specifically what's giving you problems, maybe then i can help you more.
You've come to the right place. I've only been here 2 weeks, and have had such a feeling of support from these ladies, that I'm sure you will too.
