I am doing weight watchers since Monday and have already used 1/2 of my flex points. help.

Welcome to 30-somethings . I saw on another thread that you've been exercising since January and have lost 4 1bs. That's a step in the right direction What seems to give you the most trouble? Is it snacking, or portion control, or just bad food choices?

I don't know about the WW program, although I have heard of manywho've had success with it. I'm sorry I can't specifically help you with your flex points problem, but if I knew more specifically what's giving you problems, maybe then i can help you more.

You've come to the right place. I've only been here 2 weeks, and have had such a feeling of support from these ladies, that I'm sure you will too.

I'll check back in on you tomorrow

Hi Sara, welcome to 3fc & 30-something's!! Come join us on the "Week of..." thread! You're doing a great job so far. I'm not that familiar with the current WW plan, but don't you have 30 flex pts a week? If it's Wednesday and you're 1/2 way through them, I would think that's OK, since you're 1/2 way through the week?
