    Flex points balance= 23

    Goal for 5/4 avoid snack box in teacher lounge!
  • Sure, I'm game! Really have to stick with this journaling. And I really have to put batteries in my scale so I can weigh myself! Can you say procrastination?!

    12 oz. coffee w/milk & 1 sugar x2
    banana
    1/2 pop tart
    (breakfast didn't go quite as planned)

    Lunch
    WW meal
    sm. sweet potato w/2 tsp. butter
    sm. apple

    Snacks
    6 almond kisses
    4 sandwich cookies
    1 1/2 pop tarts
    Yes, I'm a snack-aholic w/a sweet tooth!

    Dinner
    Ugh...what a waste of a day...
    McDonald's
    quarter pounder w/cheese
    a few fries
    a few sips of root beer
    (I guess having a whining 2 y/o helps to not eat the fries or drink the soda! )

    1 1/2 c. meat tortellini w/sauce

    BTW, I only post when I drink something other than water. I have a 32 oz. bottle that i fill at least 3x during the work day.

    MY pointer would be to write it all down NO MATTER WHAT... may not stop you from eating it the first time... but the second time I always think twice! LOL
