chicken = 3

brocolli = 0
brn rice = 4

snack
hot choc = 3

daily total = 24

Hi Rabbit! I am so proud of you for journaling! I'll give it another whirl:
Breakfast 1 egg, 1 slice toast with jam: 200
Lunch: Beans and shrimp on a tortilla with salsa and spinach leaves: 300
Snack: 2 slices chocolate birthday cake: 600
Dinner: plan on chicken sandwich, carrots, spinach

Exercise: 45 minute run before dinner

turkey sandwich, string cheese, apple
Chinese noodles, veggies, potstickers
cake and ice cream! THANK GOODNESS THE BIRTHDAY CAKE IS NOW GONE!!

Wed.
honey nut cheerios with skim milk
chocolate tootsie roll pop
for lunch...I think I will have a quesadilla with chicken breast, tomatoes, a bit of cheese, beans
dinner will be chicken with salsa and tomatoes, maybe some Thai noodles with garlic chile sauce...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I am planning to run about 45 minutes tonight.
