Breakfast 1 egg, 1 slice toast with jam: 200
Lunch: Beans and shrimp on a tortilla with salsa and spinach leaves: 300
Snack: 2 slices chocolate birthday cake: 600
Dinner: plan on chicken sandwich, carrots, spinach
Exercise: 45 minute run before dinner
