Yesterday was great until I got home. Husband and I are working through some of our problems. It can be very isolated here in Korea. And he has not been very supportive. So we are working through issues. Things are getting better. But unfortunately "negotiations" went on for a long time. This meant two things.... no time for run

and I didn't make a good dinner

We had take out. So I think it put me at about 1600-1800 calories and it was a late dinner. GRRR. Worth it emotionally but not happy physically. One day does not make or break you..... So on to this morning (didn't get to post last night)
