**LOST 2 POUNDS!!**

exercise
40 min weights & abs
30 min cardio

breakfast
oatmeal = 2
sugar = .5
blueberries = .5
bacon = 2

lunch
soup = 4
salad = 0
parm = 2
cheese = 4

dinner
soup = 4
sandwich = 5
cheese = 4

daily total = 28
wk bank = 0

reflections ~ little too much cheese today.

reflections ~ It is great not snacking at night! I'm starting to get used to it.

reflections ~ a little harder today to not snack in front of tv as dh bought chips & salsa, and crackers & cheese and he was eating those.
