151.5 today. Heading back down after a one year stall from Heck.
(Highest weight 218, and I saw 148 and 149 for like two weeks in March 2011) Currently saying a prayer that this is it for real this time and I am actually headed back into the 140s instead of bouncing around in the 150s! Dear lord in heaven! Pleeeeeeease let me in to the 140s!! |
157.5lbs this morning, hoping to see 155 by the end of April and 150 by end of JULY! Realistic?

Last I checked I'm hanging out around 154-153 still but have lost a lot of fat inches. I will weigh in again in a few days.

Hello everyone! Its my First time on this thread. 159 today for me. Haven't been in the 150's in about 5 years. Feels good, but not so good I want to stay here too long. ;)
Hope that everyone has a Great Easter! I'm trying not to eat too much but it's going to be hard with everyone wanting to go out to eat constantly. Especially tomorrow. I got my husband to buy me a hiking back pack/water camel instead of chocolate! Trying to get rest of family on board with non-food socializing/gifts. Doubt it will happen but I can dream... |
Seems like no one is really around but I don't care - I'm gonna post anyways! 157.4 this morning! Woot! I really have hit a nice streak of losing these past 2 weeks. I know there must be a plateau coming my way soon, there always is... but yay for today! I can't wait to hit 150! I will no longer be "overweight" and will be in "normal" BMI territory for the first time in 5 years. =D

I was 159 this morning! YAY!! Broke that 160 barrier... I just joined this community because I feel like I need some support. I am just SO tired of being overweight and feeling tired all the time. I'm ready for some serious changes. :carrot:

SimoneOH - welcome & congratulations on breaking through to the 150's!!! I feel you - I was soooo tired of feeling terrible & hating myself. This journey has been well worth the struggle. This place has really helped too. I love how supportive everyone is!

156.8 this morning!! I'm super excited because I went to a super fancy dinner banquet & I was worried I would overeat. But I kept portions small & only ate what tasted REALLY good. The cheesecake was okay but not worth the calories, I had 2 bites & was done. I like how now I listen to my body & eat slow & stop when satiated, not stuffed. I think I'm getting the hang of this new lifestyle. :)

So I am still around 156 - not entirely sure because my scale is acting CRAZY. I would step on it & I have gained 2 pounds (impossible since I have been spot on with calories) maybe water weight? then i step back on 10 seconds later & i am down 4 pounds - 154 lbs. Um, that would be cool but I think it is unlikely i gained & lost 6 pounds in 30 seconds. so ordered a new scale that has a billion of awesome reviews for being really accurate. we shall see. =D in the mean time - no weighing in for me. the scale is driving me nuts & i don't like being nutty. ;)

Just saw this thread. My recent low was 158.0lbs (TOM is here so I'm currently higher). I hoping to get to 155lbs ASAP to finally be at a healthy BMI! :D
