Default I am back...
....and I've missed this place! It is time for me to stop making excuses, living in denial and ignoring the issue. I am frustrated with myself for letting this happen! I had lost 60 lbs, was 9lbs from my goal and just got Lazy! Slowly letting those bad habits and choices creep back into my life.

So, Today is the day that I make a positive change! It's time for me to become more mindful of my choices, time to get back up and moving and time to forgive my mistakes and move on into a healthier lifestyle again, this time, For good!!

Now, I am off and running! Need to get the kids up for school and start moving with that exercise video! Hope you all have a wonderful day!
