Good for you HeavenlyAirhead, let's hope it sticks.

I'm down to 182.0 today. I finally broke my plateu so hopefully the weight will keep going down from here. I was 100% on plan this week and it the results speak for themselves. I'm planning to have another good week and maybe even be out of the 180s by the end of the month

Well, on saturday I weighed in at 183.6, but it was such a huge loss overnight that I didn't really believe it. Then I went out of town until this morning, when I weighed in at 182.8! My goal was just to be below that 183.6, because I always lose track when I'm away from home but there you go. It can be done! Keep at it ladies!

I have been MIA for what feels like forever, and have gained back ~5 lbs. Went on vacation, came back to find out our house was robbed while we were away, my great aunt passed away, and I've had numerous computer issues at my office. Needless to say, I have been in a funk. I am thankful that it was only 5lbs, but it is time to regain control. I went to the grocery store today and stocked up on good (and quick) food. I have readjusted my schedule to get back to running (which I really miss), and I am ready to shed these last "few" pounds. Hope everyone is having a great week. Here's to us all seeing the 170's real soon!!

Wow, it's been almost a month since I last posted here... weighed myself today and I have lost 1 pound. In 1 month. Discouraging, but I feel I am getting more consistent with healthier habits, so... that's good, I guess!!! Hope you all are doing well

I am so glad to be able to join your group FINALLY! I was stuck at 191lbs for 2 1/2 weeks, but yesterday and today my scale is reading 189lbs, so am claiming it. I am working hard to get to 186, because that will be 30lbs gone! anyway, love coming here because it motivates me so much!!!

I have been bouncing between 177 and 179 for the past week....but I haven't hit back in the 80's, so I think it's safe to say....I'm out of the 180's.

It's the tail end of the 170's, but it's still not 180!! lol

Now, lets see if I can keep the numbers moving down....and not heading back up again.

FINALLY, I weighed in today at 179.4. I'm going out of town for a wedding this weekend, so I'm going to wait until I come back before I make it official. But I am very encouraged.

Well, I'm here at least another week... up 1.2lbs to 181.4 It's okay... next Thursday is another weigh in day and that's all I can strive for is to do better next week!

One more month, one more pound off!! HAHAHA I'm happy to have lost the pound, I'm hoping this is part of a trend- I think my weight loss "stalled out" for a while but my boyfriend and I joined a gym last week and we're loving it, so... fingers crossed! Plus, boyfriend has already lost 10 POUNDS!!

184.2lb this morning. Closing in on those 170's. I plan on being there before Chrismas! Lately I discovered that the biggest obstical is not food, energy, exercise, time etc...it's me. Now that I know that, I can move past that!
