I took Zumba classes in July and LOVED them, going to start again in September! Going to work hard this week to get closer to the 170's

Weighed in today and GAINED a pound! I have a body bugg, I thought I have been extremely good at tracking ALL my calories, and I've been running at least an hour every day (2 days off this week), so my calories in/ calories out indicates I should have lost a pound... Oh no. Well, I'm gonna go move my ticker back to 189

Congratulations purduegirl, that's awesome! I am half way there, cant wait to see 170 anything. It will be a great anniversary present for myself. I weighed 179 when I got married (10 yrs ago in October) and I so want to be back there or under by then!

Congrats purduegirl!! I am going to celebrate too, I am down to 187!! Lowest weight in a looooong time. I have been hovering between 190 and 188 since MAY, working my booty off. I may actually hit a mini-goal for once!!

BabyBoop... I'm with you, the heat got me down as well and I got couch potato-ish.

elaine19... great job! Your losses are a real inspiration.

As for me, I started a new job and have been adjusting... and my personal trainer who I *loved* left my gym. I'm waiting for them to get a new one so I can get back in the swing (I know, I know I am becoming the queen of excuses and why nots but that will change starting now!)

Allrighty... I'm taking my weight at 179.2... been below 180 for 5 days and I think its going to stick! So I'm jumping threads. Don;t anyone feel obligated to hold down the fort in here... I'll see everyone in the 170's thread very soon!

Congrats to everyone that's moved on to the 170s thread. I finally made it to the 180s on Saturday (188.4) and I'm very excited, but also am looking forward to moving on before long.
