Default Starting My Diet and Looking for a Support Group :)
Hey Everyone,
I'm starting my diet next week officially. This week, I'm doing all the prep for it. I'm getting my walking buddies together to commit, preparing my menus for next week and grocery shopping and last on my list is getting a good online support group. So here I am, hoping to make some friends!

I'm doing the 6 week body makeover. I've done this before and lost about 10 lbs in a few weeks, but that's all I was going for back then. I'm ready now to lose the other 30 I need to get myself down to healthy.

What I did start is meditating and stretching in the morning. I really believe a good positive attitude will help get me in the game and motivated to lose!

Looking forward to sharing and encouraging one another!

Yeah Girl!!

I just started my diet today! The first few days are such an exciting time. I've tried losing weight multiple times before, and always end up disappointed, but this is it. I'm committing this time! We can support each other!!!

I really need that inspiration and motivation. I'm really trying to set myself up for success Hopefully it works!
