Hey Everyone,
I'm starting my diet next week officially. This week, I'm doing all the prep for it. I'm getting my walking buddies together to commit, preparing my menus for next week and grocery shopping and last on my list is getting a good online support group. So here I am, hoping to make some friends!
I'm doing the 6 week body makeover. I've done this before and lost about 10 lbs in a few weeks, but that's all I was going for back then. I'm ready now to lose the other 30 I need to get myself down to healthy.
What I did start is meditating and stretching in the morning. I really believe a good positive attitude will help get me in the game and motivated to lose!
