I'm just glad to be in the 190s, after 3 years in the 200+ range.

All this talk of pounds is a bit artificial for me, I'm in Australia and we measure in kgs. 90.0kgs this morning! Will break through the 90kg barrier soon!
Hi, hoping to join y'all for a bit (only a very little bit hopefully) I am in the 190's for the first time in my life. 6 months ago I was in the 170's so this is really frustrating. Even more frustrating is this up and down I'm doing. 194-197-191-194-190. I'm on Atkins 15 years after the first time I did it and I don't remember it being this hard at 20 yrs old.
I'm waiting very impatiently for the 180's. I've been going all over the 190's like a tour or something. I'm ready for the tour to be over. I have been 190.2, 190.8 and today weighing at 191.0. *sigh* I know that if I keep doing what I'm doing I will see it. So I keep doing what I've been doing.

I'm with you sonickel!! It's driving me crazy. I weigh everyday and I know people say you shouldn't but I do and it's what helps me understand what's going on with my body. However, my bdy at this moment has me confused.

It's been going on like this for the past 3 weeks. I have a free meal every week and have been losing up until now. I'm quite perplexed by this "thing" that's going on. I plan on being crazy strict with my plan starting Saturday. I don't say Friday because we have an international dinner dance once a year and I am soooooo not denying myself of food from around the world! Granted I could really get most of that stuff anytime I want from my students...however it is food like couscous and veggies and meats. So I should be able to manage pretty well.
