Hi all!

A little late to the party - but I WANT OUT of the 160's too!!! Screw 'em! ha ha!

I'm 168.4 - my goal is to be in the 150's by the 4th of July. And to 155 (goal weight) by July 30th - I am going to a concert that night and want to look HOOOOOT!

Hopeful8: I’m sure that we will be out of here sooner than what we think.

Skinnychicagogirl: It is never too late to join this thread! I hope that when we became out of the 160s, someone else will find this thread useful and inspirational to go out of the 160s too!

Last week I did not lose anything. I have been losing around 2 pounds each week, but last week with 0 change on the scale I was worried and I put a better attention to what I was doing and this week I lost 3 pounds!! This gives me hope to believe that I can out of here by the end of the month.

167.8 today and I'm in the best mood. I was going crazy for a while being stuck at 170, but for the past 3 days I've seen a nice loss. I can't wait to kick this thread's butt

Hi, is someone still walking out of the 160s? I'm 162 today and TOM is killing me. I hope to be out of 160 by the end of the month

Aluxa it's taking me forever as well. The 160's have been my longest decade so far, I started at the beginning of the month and I'm seriously only halfway through.

I started Medifast 2 weeks ago and am REALLY close to 159.... should be there by next week!!! YAY!!!!

I saw a nice little woosh yesterday and got down to 163.6, too bad TOM is here to spoil my end of month loss.

This is my absolute first post to this forum. I have a lot to learn still- I just joined tonight. I weighed this morning and I was 166.5

So, I guess my goal is to be 159 by July 4.
