1bighog: and congrats on getting to a size 10. I'm going shopping this week and I'm hoping I can get into a 10 as well (fingers crossed!)

Aluxa--that is WEIRD! It's so funny how differently people carry their weight. Even at my heaviest (180ish) I was still a size 12. I drop a size about every 15 pounds or so, so I expect to remain a 10 until 150 lbs or below.

Hopeful8: we will get into 10 too!!!

1bighog:
At my highest (198.6) I used a 16 but I should have used an 18 LOL. I think that it may be related to our bone structure and also you may be more tonned.

I used to run, so I have decent muscle. It's all the flab on top that I can't stand!

1bighog: I think that the way we are shaped also plays a role. I’m hourglass shaped but my bottom is bigger than my top.

Today I’m 166, I hope to be at 165 by Friday

168.8 today.

I'm a size 10, but only in certain brands... It still feels good to be able to buy them. I can hardly wait to shift down to 8s.

Hey everyone, I'm at 169.2 and I'd love to join you! I have the added incentive of flying home in 3 weeks to see friends & family that I haven't seen since Christmas, so I'd really like to have lost a noticeable difference by then. I've been stalled at 169 for a few weeks now, so I really need some extra motivation.

The diet/exercise thing is going well for me, but the weight loss is SO SLOW!!!! Like, 1/2 pound a week. I'm not discouraged...yet. I do feel better, I'm sure that counts for something.

I use my treadmill everyday although I hate it and look at my calories. Coming from an Argentine-Italian family, food is really important so I can not restrict too many foods from my life without going crazy lol. I cannot complain about the results because in 2 and half months I have lost 33 pounds. I know that I have to start to do some strength training...

How is everybody doing? I’m just ready to start the second part of my journey to say bye bye to 160s because I’m less than 165 pounds!

Aluxa- Congrats on getting past the halfway point. Hopefully we'll be kicking you out of here very very soon.

1bighog- I know what you mean about the lbs coming off very very slow. I'm in the same boat as you are right now. All we can do is keep truckin' and we'll be in the 150's before you know it.
