Yep, Morgan for me too. There's like 3 ladies on the Feb chat thread that are all about Reid. Too funny. My DD wants to be Reid.

OMG! I Dr Reid!! Your avatar rocks. I'm absolutely positive that you can't have too much nerd or geek. Morgan's got a great body, but geek wins out over body 99.9% of the time.

to the forum, UpsyDaisy! Your endurance will increase as you push yourself and challenge yourself. Good luck!

I personally think Shemar Moore is one of the best looking men alive! I remember watching him on Y&R and thinking the same thing then. Don't get me wrong, I love a good geek, but that's impossible competition.

He is good looking, my best friend used to watch him on Y&R too. I love criminal minds, such a good show. I hope the new episodes come on soon, they've been playing repeats lately.

I finally got serious about getting healthy and working out the beginning of this year. I hired a trainer to set up stregth training and I meet with her once a month to assist me with changing the routine up. I workout 6 days per week for a 1 hour each day. I up my weights and my interval times or running speed every month. My goal is to lose 2 pounds every week...nice and steady, be able to run at least a mile, and be completely tone at the end of it.

Saturday = 10 minute warm-up on Eliptical/Lower Body Stength/Weight Training (30 minutes)/30 minutes on the treadmill (with 30 second intervals of running every 2 minutes)
Sunday = 10 minute warm-up on Eliptical/Upper Body Strength/Weight Training (30 Minutes)/30 minutes on treadmill (30 second intervals of running every 2 minutes)
Monday = 60 minutes on treadmill (15 minuted fast walk, 30 minutes of intervals 1 minute running 4 minute walking, 15 minutes fast walk)
Tuesday = 10 minute warm-up on Eliptical/Lower Body Stength/Weight Training (30 minutes)/30 minutes on the treadmill (with 30 second intervals of running every 2 minutes)
Wednesday = 10 minute warm-up on Eliptical/Upper Body Strength/Weight Training (30 Minutes)/30 minutes on treadmill (30 second intervals of running every 2 minutes)
Thursday = 60 minutes on treadmill (15 minuted fast walk, 30 minutes of intervals 1 minute running 4 minute walking, 15 minutes fast walk)
Friday....REST DAY!!

I try and workout 6 times a week .....

My trainer came up with this plan .... on different days I do different weight training exercises ..... I think it is designed to keep my heartrate up all the time ...

I do 15 minutes with the eliptical and then upperbody strength training and then the grinder 3 x 1 minute or five minutes on the rower..... and then lower body strength training .... and then 20 minutes cardio (she recommended walking on the treadmill but I tend to do the bike so I can read a book) ....

I do the above programme 3 -4 times a week ...

On one day I workout with a trainer which is very similar to the above programme .... but always changing exercises ... and a bit harder ....

And then if I can make an other day or two I try and do 45 minutes cardio ....

Good thread it is good to read what others are doing ....

I won't say what part I'd be snacking on. HAHA!

I agree that Morgan's hot in the traditional sexy man sense, but he's not got a lot of geek. Garcia's sexy as ****, she's ubergeek.

NZ's hot right now, but still the same as ever. Lots of complaints about the government on both sides, finished with a tsunami warning earlier today. I'm in Tokoroa (middle of the North Island), so if we got the tsunami up here, NZ would really be screwed. I'm from New Orleans, Louisiana originally, but I've had to adapt to the kg thing. 40kg doesn't sound nearly as bad as 88 pounds.

That's the good part Mollz ... on the other side ... it takes a wee bit longer to take off a kilo .........

..... I guess it is better to be safe than sorry with Tsunami warnings ..... but we have had few in the last few years and they have all amounted to nothing .... and I hope it doesn't become like the "boy who cried wolf" story ....

I run. I try and run everyday, but occasionally, life gets in the way. I run about 1.50 miles, but my goal is to work up to 2.0 After I finish the 1.5 miles, I raise the incline and walk for another .25 miles. I usually burn around 300 calories. I also do squats, leg lifts, weights for my arms, and ab stuff.

I'm training to walk a marathon in July, so I'm walking 4 days a week right now (sundays are my endurance days) 2 days a week I do some sort of cross training usually riding the bike because I love it!

For me having a goal is whats driving me!

I can't say I am doing anything right now. I am just starting this journey. What I used in the past was wii fit. There are a ton of different exercises on it and you really work up a sweat. I am going to get back on it tonight and start at least 3 times a week. Everyday will be preferable!

I get to the gym about 4 - 6 times per week and do a mix of 3 things. I usually do elliptical for 50 minutes. Lately I've been doing elliptical and then adding a run/walk of 5K on the treadmill for however long that takes. Sometimes I get bored of the treadmill though so I don't finish the whole 5K.

I know that's a lot of cardio and my brother has been hounding me forever that i also need to do strength training to break my yo yo cycle of gaining and losing. There are a series of 8 weight machines set up at the gym that are supposed to be a "total body workout" so I try to do 2 circuits of the 8 machines twice a week.

When the weather is better outside, I walk. I will keep the elliptical but cut out the treadmill once I can get outside again.

I would love to hire a trainer 1 - 2 times a month who could put me on a strength training routine. I'm not creative enough to put it together myself but I could follow one if I knew someone was holding me accountable. However, the lousy trainers at my gym only do one thing which is talk during your entire session about the importance of signing up for more sessions even though you've already purchased some. They're so bad I'm willing to try and figure out my own moves no matter how dumb I look on the mats.
