finally i've gone down. the last three weeks the scale didn't budge. i also wasn't exercising or counting calories much. however, i do take the time as a success because (if you read chicks in control) i have made improvements in my behaviors. i didn't binge, made choices i can be proud of, ate breakfast, and was in control of my portions. this week i am being more fastidious at actually losing. how are you all doing?
I am pretty amazed at the facts... AND my fav snack is beer too! Although I don't really care what I have with it, if anything... maybe just 2 beers, lol.
My second favorite snack would have to be Clif Bars... SO YUMMY!
