Post your exercise minutes for the day once you've acheived them. Let's see how many minutes we can earn between now and the end of January! Rock it Girls! We can do this!!

To keep track, just add your minutes to the existing group’s minutes. To help everyone keep things straight, please note the OLD minutes and the number of NEW minutes you are adding, such as
Group total ~ 500 + 50 = 550 minutes

We can re-evaluate whether to start again and record February minutes.
